I suggest a series of 11 sessions to clients who are committed and motivated to create long-term and effective changes in their bodies and lives. Typically, sessions are spaced 2 weeks apart, depending on your body’s needs and schedule.
Each of the 11 sessions dive deeply into a specific area of the body, systematically moving through the entire system to reeducate all of your neuromuscular connections. Old and new movement patterns are explored.
The 11-series also offers guided journaling exercises and embodiment activities to practice at home, making this the most valuable offering in my toolbox
